At DriftCloud.co, we want you to love every product you receive. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged, washed, or altered
  • Returned with all tags, labels, and accessories included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Earrings or intimate accessories
  • Used or damaged items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
